Well hello everyone. I've gone out and did it. Before I start and in case you're wondering, - the post title has nothing to do with the Black Eyed Peas song ;-) I've finally created the blog that I've been thinking about doing for a while. This little idea had been percolating in my brain and I've decided that this forum will allow me to show you all a little bit of my passion for travelling, exploring other cultures and tasting local delicacies.
Everything on here is my personal feeling about places I've visted, stayed at and of course the food that I've had the pleasure of partaking in. I will also include suggestions from friends and family when applicable, as well as links to other sites for which I heartily recommend.
Most of the places included (restaurants/hotels) will not be the tourist traps that you find in many cities. As I tend to avoid them when possible.
